Good, friendly staff. The bed was smaller than we expected, other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

Traveling as Couple
I specifically picked this hotel for the Jacuzzi and pool. First of all, my room key would not open the lock to the pool area, and when I finally made it into the Jacuzzi only 2 of the 10 jets were working. So basically, I was taking a warm bath. I informed the girl at the counter (who I had to get an operational key from) and she said she knew the Jacuzzi was not functioning properly. It would have been nice to been notified prior to going in. Maid service does not speak conversational English. And the locale in close to LA but took 1 1/2 go get there from downtown LA (traffic was terrible). I would not stay at this particular Doubletree again. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
The hotel is clean with good sized rooms. The food prices are reasonable and the food is good. The exercise room is not large, but nicely equipped. The location is across the street from a shopping mall and the area is nice, but not pedestrian friendly. ...read more
